Mobile Ticketing Information

Mobile ticketing keeps everything right in your pocket when you scan event tickets right from your phone!

If you purchased your tickets online at Ticketmaster.com see instructions below on how to manager your mobile tickets.

If you are a season ticket holder or premium seat holder please be advised you will access your tickets on the F&M Bank Arena Account Manager website.

You will use your mobile device as your event ticket, gaining entry to F&M Bank Arena via a unique barcode that will be scanned right from your device's screen.

Please view our step-by-step guide below for instructions on accessing and/or transferring your mobile tickets.

Step One

Once you have signed into Ticketmaster or F&M Bank Arena Account Manager, tap on the event you wish to access.

Step Two

For ease of entry at the gate, add your ticket to your device's wallet ahead of time.

Step Three

If your ticket is in your device's wallet, you will NOT see a barcode. Hold your device near the scanner at the gate for entry.

If you have not added your ticket to your device's wallet, you WILL see a barcode. Scan this for entry at the gate.

Step One

Within the event ticket screen, tap the 'transfer tickets' button.

Step Two

Select the tickets you'd like to transfer and click ‘continue' at the bottom of the screen.

Step Three

Manually enter the recipient’s information to transfer the tickets.

Step One

Select an event from the list of your tickets and tap the 'sell tickets' button on the bottom of the screen. Please note that not all tickets are eligible for resale. If they are not, the resale option will not be shown.

Step Two

After selecting the tickets you want to sell, enter your asking price and then tap 'payout method.'

Step Three

Choose your payout method for the sale and then tap on 'confirm' to complete the listing.

Step One

Click on Accept Tickets in the email or text message received.

Step Two

Sign up/sign in to your Ticketmaster account via mobile web to accept and view your tickets.

Step Three

Select Accept. For ease of entry at the gate, add your ticket to your device's wallet ahead of time.
